Karen Miedzinski

Karen has over 10 years’ experience in executive and team coaching, and over 20 years’ experience in organisational development, facilitation, change management, leadership development and dispute resolution in the private and public sectors.  Karen is a certified Professional Integral Coach® (PCC) through the Centre for Coaching (Graduate School of Business – UCT) and an International Coach Federation (ICF) (PCC) credentialed coach. She is accredited as an Integral Coach by New Ventures West in the USA, which is affiliated to the ICF. Karen is also a certified mediator and facilitator, an accredited Enneagram practitioner (through Integrative Enneagram Solutions); Systems Coach and she has an MSc in Social Anthropology.  

Karen specialises in working with leaders and managers at the level of EXCO, Partners, Board members, Senior and Middle management level through Executive and Team Coaching. She also works with Graduates and Team Leaders through Group Coaching.  Karen is an Educator with the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) – on the Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching – Ethics, Values & Diversity Module. She is also a coach in the Wits Business School Leadership Development Centre. As well as South Africa, Karen has experience working with teams from Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria and Zambia. Karen is married with two boys. She finds inspiration and joy from her family, her work, reading, yoga and dance (Nia).
