Neil Bierbaum

Neil Bierbaum is a master certified leadership coach, award-winning writer, and thought leader who guides leaders to link humanity with performance through individual depth work and team dialogue .

He brings the experience of 20 years coaching in organisations. His approach is platformed on ontological coaching and integrates leadership best practice, neuroscience, mindfulness and psychology, and insights forged in the uniquely complex environment of South Africa.

Neil holds an MPhil in Leadership Coaching (cum laude) from Stellenbosch Business School. His coaching model and research thesis won him the 2025 Top Student and Research Awards.
