SACAP’s Online campus offers accredited courses, academic excellence and ongoing support. It’s a lot like studying on campus, only it’s got built-in social distancing and you get to decide how to manage your weekly workload while meeting the requirements of the academic module.

What is expected of me during the online term?

Is studying online tough? Will I be lonely? Will I be tempted to binge-watch series? Not in the least. You will need to take part in structured weekly activities (like forum discussions, short exercises, and/or reflection journals, for example), as well as attend live webinars (where applicable). All of these will form part of a participation/engagement grade for each module

 

Mentors and online support

Your Online Educators lead you through the work and offer ongoing support in terms of understanding the academic content. They are supported by Online Mentors, who will walk alongside you on your academic journey. They will make sure you get what you need to help you develop your overall academic literacy skills through scheduled webinars, telephonic and email support.
