Erika Engelbrecht-Aldworth is the founder of The Well-being Initiative and The South African Teacher Well-being Initiative. Erika brings decades of expertise in education and coaching to wellbeing education. She is a published researcher, author and educator at SACAP.

Tshepo Matlala has a Bachelor of Education in Geography from the University of Pretoria. He currently leads the Head of Department at Amberfield College, leveraging over seven years of experience in educational mentorship. His role encompasses not only administrative leadership but also the personal growth of educators and students, ensuring a nurturing environment for academic and professional development.
