Educational and Research Psychologist, Dr Diana De Sousa, delves into the science behind exam anxiety and why it happens. With an unwavering dedication to nurturing students’ mental well-being and academic growth, Dr Diana will provide mindfulness techniques to handle stress and anxiety effectively.

Nutrition for concentration

Nelile Nxumalo, a Registered Dietician based in Richards Bay, will explore what the body needs to maintain high levels of energy. Additionally, she will provide simple menu ideas to promote and improve concentration.

Physical activity for brain health

Learn how to deal with stress and maintain your mental health through exercise with Happiness Mesi, a sports and pilates conditioner.
