Do you have a desire to be a frontline mental health professional that makes psychological services more accessible to all South Africans?
Registered Counsellors are psychological professionals, registered with the HPCSA. They are qualified individuals who aim to improve the psychosocial well-being of individuals, families and communities.
Our Bachelor of Psychology programme coordinators will discuss the need for this unique registration field in the South African context, outline the scope of practice for Registered Counsellors and provide the various study pathways to becoming a Registered Counsellor. They will also highlight the need and benefits of the practical component of fieldwork while studying. Last but not least, we’ll have a student testimonial about their experience while studying.
In our Live Q&A, the panel will answer any questions you may have about our courses, the application process and what opportunities are available to you after Registration.
Join us on 14 September 2024 at 18:00 to start your journey to becoming a registered mental health professional in South Africa. RSVP here.
