Adéle Bellingan holds a BCom Honours in Business Management Financial Management and a Master’s in Psychology and is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology at the University of Pretoria. With over a decade of leadership experience in private higher education, Adéle is recognised for her strategic planning, curriculum design and programme implementation expertise. Since 2012, she has actively contributed to the design, management, and teaching of higher certificate programmes, witnessing their profound impact on students’ self-confidence, career development, and access to further studies in higher education.

Carl Badenhorst is the Head of Learning Design and Online Teaching at SACAP. He loves creating meaningful learning experiences through technology and creative methodologies and integrating the latest advancements in generative AI and human-computer interaction. Carl is committed to pushing the boundaries of traditional education, advocating the use of AI to simulate real-world scenarios and immersive experiences.
